Thanks
so much for organising a once in a life time trip. Our tour
guide was very knowledgable and friendly, with some great
stories. The porters always had a smile on their faces and
somehow managed to carry all the equipment with no complaints.
And also provided at least 2 courses for each meal. The best
we´ve eaten in Peru! We were in a group of 6, which
was just the right amount.
Overall, the trip was unforgetable. From the very beginning
Escaped to Peru were in contact with us and kept us up to
date. We would highly recommend them. Thanks again.

Escaped to Peru
Peru
was absolutely stunning, especially the countryside! I honestly
think that of all the countries we've visited so far, Peru
is the prettiest. There's just something about all that green
and the mountains that drew me. The scenery on the train to
Cusco and Puno was beautiful, as well as in the Sacred Valley.
You planned our itinerary extremely well, down to the last
detail! My family and I were very happy with the services
you provided. We had such a positive experience working with
you and you really took care of us. Gary we were impressed
with the accessibility we had to you and your office staff
via phone or e-mail, 24/7. You did a phenomenal job in ensuring
that we were looked after every step of the way, and it's
that attention to detail that really made our travels through
Peru so wonderful. Already at work I'm singing your praises
to my teachers and my fellow principals.
Too bad you don't plan trips to England, Africa, or New Zealand!

husband and I want to give a big THANK YOU to Escaped to Peru
for their awesome services. Before I came into contact with
the comany, I had researched Peru and read many blogs from
previous tourists to Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley. By
this time I had a good idea of the itinerary we wanted to
follow, but I did not know how to go about making all the
reservations and connections, especially in a foreign country.

melody of Andean flutes, so evocative of my recent trip to
Peru. A million thanks for helping me realize a decades-old
dream, to visit Machu Picchu, Cuzco and Lake Titicaca. Your
on-the-ground arrangements reflected everything I'd requested--and
your flexibility enabled me to tweak the schedule or guide
arrangements as needed. Accommodations were just right, your
suggestions on point--in short, this was a wonderful trip
on many levels.

Escape
To Peru offered a fabulous personal service, with immediate
contact available by telephone if required. Our party contained
a disabled member in a wheelchair, and thus we were worried
about what facilities would be available. However, every possible
effort was made to make our travel and our visits as smooth
and possible, with hotels that were chosen for their excellent
access and service. Escape To Peru made our holiday a true
success!

like to pay particular thanks to Gary and Malka from escapedtoperu.com
who helped us with all our holiday planning in Cuzco and Puno.
They helped us book a number of tours and hotels as well as
providing additional services such as translation skills when
we needed them.
No job was too much for Gary. It is refreshing to see a tour
operator who goes the extra mile. I'm sure we were awkward
customers at time, after all we changed our plans at the last
minute on more than one occasion. Gary's response was to help
us with all changes and even managed to get a refund for us
after we cancelled a hotel. That's easier said than done considering
we gave the hotel a day's cancellation notice! They would
help with anything we asked. I got married in Cuzco and wished
for some of my wedding speech in Spanish. Suddenly Gary was
writing part of my wedding speech! Full marks there!
If I ever return to Cuzco I will definitely be writting to
the website for all my tourist needs. They offered a very
reasonable service in terms of the cost, and it was also a
very professional organisation to deal with. My advice is
to get them to help book your Inca Trail, accomodation and
transport to/from Cuzco. They even sorted out our Puno accomodation
and Titicaca tour.

can’t recommend Escaped to Peru highly enough. Gary
and his staff made what could have been a very stressful trip
(family visiting from the UK and travelling with 3 children
under 4) an experience that we will all remember for a long
time. The hotels were perfect in location and ambience. The
tailor-made trip around the Sacred Valley was ideal for us,
and they were able to accommodate all our needs, even a private
tour guide at Machu Picchu which was breath taking. I wish
to thank everyone at Escaped to Peru for giving us memories
that my family and I will treasure.

to Peru organised a great trip for us, with all hotels and
transfers. Lima -Paracas - Huacachina - Nazca - Arequipa -
Cusco - Machu Picchu - Puerto Maldonado, and ending up in
Puno. The hotels were of good standard and the tour guides
along the way were excellent. Staff were always accessible
and ready to give advice. We would highly recommend Escaped

Everything went off like clockwork, and the folks we met could

You were right again, the meal was fabulous.
Our family of two adults and four children really appreciated
the way Gary was able to find suitable hotels and tours for
our family including where to experience Guinea Pig! We also

I
wanted to thank you for your help in arranging our recent
trip to Cuzco and Machu Picchu. The Casona Real was fine for
our stay, and the location was ideal.
The
bus train tour to Machu Picchu worked very well. THe tour
was well organized and efficient and comforatable. We were
last in MP 27 years ago, it was amazing to see how the tourist
facilities have improved. The Mercedes buses from Aguas Calientes
to MP were a far cry from the open air buses from 1980.

has helped me on a couple of occasions and I have always found
their service to be exceptional. In fact we have just concluded
a trip which they organised for us at very short notice and
it was a great success.
Maybe
it's because he is an ex-pat himself but Gary seemed to know
just what we were looking for. He picked hotels for us that
were a little bit different from the usual backpacker places,
hotels with a good ambience, friendly owners and a good range
of tours available. The tour company that he used for a trip
to the Colca Canyon was particularly good, with extremely
helpful and friendly staff.
We
shall definitely be using his expertise and local knowledge
again and I cannot recommend him too highly.
