The itinerary that was made for us to include all of the areas that we wanted to visit was excellent, you did a great job in fitting a lot into a 3 week period....... There was no one stand out highlight of our trip as we enjoyed every place we visited and they were all individually exciting and quite different. If we had to pick one it would be a toss up between Easter Island and Machu Picchu. Thank you for all of the organization that went into our trip, we did not have to worry about any aspect other than to turn up at the allotted time and someone would look after every detail for us.
Many Thanks

After arrival in Buenos Aires you will be met and transfered to your hotel in the center of the city. The rest of the day will be yours to relax and enjoy this stylish city, wandering the Recoleta or Puerto Madero areas for example. In the evening feel to try one of the excellent restaurants and maybe a few bars on a night out in Palermo.
If there is the option to see a football (soccer) game at the Boca ground you might want to take it, even if you have little interest in football, its a real experience! Please speak to us about the options. Recomended hotels include one of the 4 star Dazzler Hotels in various locations in Buenos Aires.
During the morning you will have a guided tour of various cultural and historical areas of this very interesting capital. For the afternoon you will then be free to do whatever takes your fancy and the highlight of the evening will be enjoying a Tango show and dinner. Tango is a passion here in Argentina and you will have a superb night out, we recommend Piazzolla or El Querandi.
After an early breakfast you will be transfered to the Buenos Aires domestic airport for your one and a half hour flight to Puerto Iguazu. You will be met at the arrival airport and be taken to your hotel to check in. You will then have an excursion to the Brazilian side of these truly breathtaking waterfalls. The Iguazu Falls are some of the most impressive natural wonders you will ever see, you will be astounded.
During the afternoon you will have a spectacular boat ride right under the falls, its a truely amazing experience that you will never forget, then back to your hotel for dinner and drinks, we recommend the 3 star Hotel Esturion and also the 5 star Sheraton.
Today you will have an excursion to see the falls from the Argentinian side of the border. You will pass through the Iguazu National Park enjoying the lush jungle environment, the huge rapids and very impressive falls. In the afternoon you will return to the hotel and be able to relax and wander. In Iguasu we can also recommend the Grand Iguasu Hotel for a little more luxury but, as we have said, there are many others in all price ranges.

DAY 5 - Fly to Rio de Janeiro
Today we will transfer you across the border to Brazil (please remember to check visa requirements before traveling) to catch your flight from the Foz do Iguacu airport to amazing city of Rio de Janeiro. After arrival we will meet you and take you to your hotel in the Copacabana area of the city. There are many options for hotels here and it will all depend on your budget, but we can highly recommend at 3 stars the Hotel Orla, at 4 stars the Ipanema Plaza and for high luxury the 5 star Copacabana Palace.
In the afternoon we will collect you for your half day tour to the new Wonder of the World the Corcovado, or White Christ statue, towering over the city of Rio. The views are unforgetable and you will use up your camera memory on this tour! The afternoon will be free to hit the beach in Copacabana or Ipanema.
Today you will take a tour to see the other very famous Rio landmark, the Sugar Loaf Mountain, which you will ascend by a two stage cable car. The views from this site are also incredible, you really cant go wrong, make sure you have plenty of space on your camera memory card. You then have more time to catch some rays on the most famous beach in the world, the Copacabana.
Once a tiny fishing village, Buzios is now one of Brazil´s most chic and lively beach resorts. The three main settlements, Ossos, Maguinos, and the charming cobbled streets of Armacão where most of the hotels, bars and restaurants are situated are spread out along the peninsular. Small secluded beaches and nearby tropical islands, which can be reached by schooners, make Buzios a popular destination for those wanting to make the short 2 hour drive from Rio de Janeiro.
In Buzios we recommend the lovely Hotel Casas Brancas, a friendly, small boutique hotel perched on a bluff with fine views over the bay of Buzios.
DAYS 9 and 10
An Idylic couple of days at your leisure, wandering the beaches and towns, shopping for knick knacks, enjoying the sun, and the food and drink of course. Replenish yourself before you have to bid farewell to Brazil. If you want to be more active, no problem! Just ask us all about it. You can ask to have less days in Buzios if you wish but its more likely you will ask for more, just let us know what you prefer.
