The magnificent region of Patagonia covers the southernmost portion of South America. Located in Argentina and Chile, its natural geographic regions are subdivided into distinct areas, each of which are worthy of exploration. The high Andes, moist forests and Steppes, windblown expanses of rolling land, are just a few of the diverse environments that a visit to the region can offer.
Day 1: Punta Arenas – Estancia Rio Verde – Puerto Natales
You will be collected from the Punta Arenas Airport and whisked off on a cultural and historic tour of the city. After the tour, we head off to Estancia Rio Verde, a Patagonian sheep ranch which is located betweem Punto Arenas and Punto Natales. Here you will have the opportunity to discovery what life is like for local sheep farmers, as well as the farm´s history and day-to-day workings. Settle down for a delicious lunch before we head through to Puerto Natales where you will spend the night at the Indigo Hotel.
Day 2: Puerto Natales – Bernardo O´Higgins National Park – Torres del Paine National Park
Today we begin with an early breakfast before boarding a small ship to cruise around the beautiful Ultima Esperanza Bay. Once on the ship, you can enjoy the magnificent mountains and forests which hug the bay, as well as take in the impressive view of the Balmaceda Glacier. Seals, comorants and condors inhabit the region of Monte Balmaceda, where we will stop off and take a short hike to the Rio Serrano Glacier and its breathtaking lagoon. After this burst of energy, a wholesome lunch awaits us at Monte Balmaceda. The journey does not stop here and soon you will be hopping aboard a new zodiac boat which will take you one hour upstream where you will see the Torres del Paine National Park and its incredible scenery. Take in the amazing Southern Ice Field and the Paine Mountain Range before disembarking and walking passed the Victoria Waterfalls on your way to the second zodiac. This will take you to the national park at Villa Serrano where you will be transferred to your hotel and spend the night in the Torres del Paine National Park.

Day 3: Torres del Paine National Park
Enjoy a wonderful breakfast at your hotel as today you will join a guide and explore the Torres del Paine National Park. Here you will visit the Lake Pehoé, Lake Nordenskjöld, Lake Sarmiento and the Salto Grande. Along the way you will be able to enjoy the magnificent views of the Torres Mountain Range and Torres del Paine. After the guided tour, return to Torres del Paine National Park where you will spend the night.
Day 4: Torres del Paine National Park – Punta Arenas
Today you will depart for the Punta Arenas Airport but not without taking scenic stops along the way. You will also be able to enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before taking your flight or joining one of our other tours in Chile or beyond.

I just want to drop you a line to thank you for the wonderful job you did. The trip was fantastic and most memorable. I have travelled extensively but I cant speak highly enough of your company in the planning of Peru vacations. The guides were all excellent, the transportation outstanding, and the hotels were great. Thank you again for putting together a most memorable jaunt in Latin America.
