The itinerary that was made for us to include all of the areas that we wanted to visit was excellent, you did a great job in fitting a lot into a 3 week period....... There was no one stand out highlight of our trip as we enjoyed every place we visited and they were all individually exciting and quite different. If we had to pick one it would be a toss up between Easter Island and Machu Picchu. Thank you for all of the organization that went into our trip, we did not have to worry about any aspect other than to turn up at the allotted time and someone would look after every detail for us.
Many Thanks
Sao Paulo is a city where you may not initially choose to do a tour with so many other things to do in Brazil but it is a hub for flying around this huge country and should not be dismissed as a place to visit.
São Paulo is one of the largest cities in the world with 16 million inhabitants, a mélange of immigrants from many different countries - the largest Lebanese community in the world (outside Lebanon), the biggest Japanese colony outside Japan. These closely knit communities are often cited as reasons for the work ethic the city is famous for.
For your tour with Escaped to Latin America you will be met from the airport for a three-hour tour of the bustling modern metropolis of Sao Paulo - Brazil's most cosmopolitan city. You will visit various residential districts, stadiums, the Governor's Palace, university campus, Ibirapuera Park that houses several museums, and the Butantan Institute, a snake farm of over a thousand species. Drive through the old and modern centre around Avenida Paulista, and the oriental district - São Paulo has the largest population of Japanese outside Japan.
One of our favorite things to do is have a great buffet lunch at the Terraco
Italia which gives you a panoramic view of the city from a great height,
plus an excellent gourmet treat!
